We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ad spend into qualified leads and revenue. You’ll own paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, and campaign scalability
- Strong experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline growth
- Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals (bidding, targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization)
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models
- Proficiency in: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
